Do you think Osi is nursing this ankle thing because he knows he isn't the starter anymore and that would hurt his chances on getting that big contract?

i would think him NOT playing would do more damage to his leverage on the negotiating table

Not necessarily. Right now he is a dead salary to us which hamstrings us while he gold bricks. We need linebackers and OL and his salary is doning us no good right now.

I think Osi's been shut down and I don't think he's upset about it.

With his temper-tantrum hold out in the offseason he played every card he had and lost. He's done.

He's probably fine to dog it the rest of the season and get a fresh start next season somewhere else.

So the Osi era ends not with a bang but with a whimper.

I for one do not appreciate OSI and his antics, but when he did come back he kicked some serious butt, now he is injured, maybe he comes back, but you have to admit he can screw up an offense when he is on the field.</P>


Picture OSI - JPP - KIWI - TOFFELSON - TUCK, two of them down, the other 3 roaming around before the snap, how do you defend that?</P>
