Hopefully, he'll be healthy all season long. Nicks is a huge key to this offense.

Nicks has turned in to Eli's security blanket since Plax. If he can come back and stay healthy what a relief it would be for Eli, I'm certain. Nicks AND Cruz. WR heaven. But like Bradshaw, Nicks is injured a lot. Thus the real need for signing Cruz. But I have faith that Eli will get it done with whomever he is throwing to. GO BIG BLUE.

I would have thought they met up already to throw the ball around.

I'm pretty sure they can do anything organized and it's a little early yet. Remember, if a player gets hurt outside the bounds of his team, any injury is non-football related, even if he's running routes. That MAY impact a player's contract terms.

Huge numbers are not as important as playing in every game. Nicks has the skills and everyone knows it, his biggest liability is staying healthy.

I think that's a key on how much he'll command. It's quite possible that Victor Cruz makes more money than him. It would be better to get Nicks' contract wrap up, so he can affect what Cruz gets.

It would more benefit Nicks to wait at least until the half way point of the season so he can negotiate from a position with more leverage. I am assuming he plays in every game with Nicks like numbers

Obviously, I am talking from a Giants perspective because I want them both. :)

I think it's likely we will have them both for 5 years at least.

He should invest in one of these.
