I was looking back into Giants history, and didn't see any year where we had two 1000 plus yard receivers. The closest I could find was 1999...

Toomer had 1183. Hilliard 996.

But two receivers over 1000 yards? Anybody know if we've done this before?

If Hixon comes back healthy - and they can stop with the dropped balls - next year we're gonna look like the f'ing Saints!

Nope, pretty sure it's a franchise 1st.

This def is a Giants first. The media was making a big deal over our team being one of the last teams to accomplish this feat, especially since we've been around since the beginning of football

Rather have our TWO 1000 yard rushers. That is way more difficult and meaningful.

No I don't think anyone has ever done that. Bradshaw had a lot of yards that season but not close to 1000 I think.

I like Hixon but I think his annual season ending injury will leave him looking for another team.
