I'm getting sick of these threads talking about what changes need to be made next year. WHY!??! There's still 1 game left and possibly playoff games.

Hence, here is the thread I wanted to start:

Name 1 person you all think needs to step up this weekend?

I have to say it's tough between Tuck and Nicks, but I'm going with Nicks.

He needs to stop dropping these balls man, he's been breaking off of people and not catching the long balls, WIDE OPEN!!

Tuck is mentioned also, please play like last weekend.

Jaquan Williams needs to repeat on Sunday what he did to Witten last time out.

Baas.....he looks like the meanest SOB on the field but he gets pushed back repeatedly

Nicks - CMMMON MAN YOUR WIDE OPEN!!

Beckum - Do you ever plan on contributing to this team? you have 3 receptions for 80 yards ALL YEAR

Exactly why these threads are popping up. The season is almost over!! What's wrong with looking into the offseason?

I read in this mornings paper that Dallas plans on sacking Eli on Sunday. In the past 5 games against Dallas Eli has only been sacked twice. TWICE...in 193 pass attempts. So if the OL can continue to stand up and hold, that would be great.

Edit: I should have said "maintain" instead of "hold". Don't need any holding penalties.

Baas to me has been a disappointment. A couple of plays last week, and he fell down! What's with that making $7mil per year. Coughlin should have left Boothe and Petrus in the line. We'll see. Nicks should stop with the dropsies. Everyone else, KEEP IT UP!

Eli. The weather is gonna be tough and when Eli is on his game, he can overshadow almost any problem. Plus, the weather isn't gonna be so nice and I don't see us becoming that smash mouth team we've wished for this Sunday.

Eli.

8 straight games with at least 1 INT. 11 INTs total in those 8 games. 3-5 record in those 8 games. Protect the ball. The Jets INT could of cost us the game. Gave the Jets life when they had none. With the wind, we need to run more.

You know what, I'm rewarching that Dallas Giants game a couple weeks ago, and we really need Jacobs to have a nice and physical game. He needs to pound that ball up there and run with fire.

This is the " I gotta do it " game so... Baas if you think you're worth 27 MM prove it and do something. Nicks you say you're a top flight WR... Prove it and catch the balls, Rookies, you wanna play in the NFL... Here's your chance, Do it!! The rest of the Gang... Prove your worth to yourself and the ownership who pays the salaries

I think you said the samefor the first Cowboy game...it worked out then. Hopefully he has a game. He has said so in the papers today. Said he has a plan on how to go out. He said this when he was asked about being with the Giants next year. Said he did want to say anything about that because at this time it doesnt matter. What matters is Sunday....

I agree Jacobs is a big component of our success. If we can get the big fella going it will help us get a nice rhythm on offense. I hate when Jacobs opens his mouth except when we play Dallas, because I know he legitimately hates them and always plays hard against them. I will forever love him for almost shattering the play clock at Dallas in the playoffs. I can still hear the sound it made lol.

If the wind is going, these guys need to open up holes for Bradshaw and Jacobs

Talk about Jacobs, CMON MAN, you know it's all about the O-Line, if they stand up the rest all falls into place.

Aaron ross. He's been getting torched. If Ross steps up and Tuck plays like himself not the zombie we saw the first 14 weeks, in addition to getting KP back this D should hold the Cowboys pretty effectively

GameTime

still hinges on Eli becasue if Romo gets to the D like he did last game they are gonna need points....

If Eli has a bad game like the last two weeks....its over. Wont matter what anybody else does....

Truth about the Oline, but the Oline can't lower his shoulder and hit someone for him. He needs to come out looking to bring the pain.

Now I think it's critical that he does it again.
