Excerpt: "Brandon Collins is back for a second shot at making the New York Giants roster. This time he might have a better chance than he did a year ago.

Brandon Collins (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/156482/brandon-collins) is an intriguing wide receiver prospect for the New York Giants (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/new-york-giants). He is also the player we focus on here as we continue our look at the 90-man roster the Giants will open training camp with.

2012 Season In Review

Collins was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Giants in May of 2012 after completing his collegiate career at Southeast Louisiana. He impressed during training camp, but was unable to crack a roster deep with wide receivers. He was signed to the Giants' practice squad on Sept. 4, but had his contract terminated on Sept. 10 and was not re-signed.

Think he will suffer the same fate he did last year, particularly with the PED issue looming over his head.

dunno where id ask this, but if a player played for a team or lived in a state where marijuana is legal, is that player allowed to then smoke? its not a PED id think, and if it was legal, how could the league say u cant use it. itd be like telling the players alcohol or tobacco would be illegal for players to use...

if that was the case, a ton of kick *** players r gonna target denver, seattle, and Oakland/SF/SD lol

Even if the substance is legal it still can be banned. Tyler sash got a 4 game suspension for aderol that was prescribed by a doctor/physciatrist for anxiety .
