I'm actually ok with this as long as, barring a deep playoff run, coordinator changes are made.

Actually multiple sources have said the same because of his win last week, as long as the team shows up tonight you can pretty much expect to see him stay/retire if he chooses.

I read a quote on Yahoo made by the owner of the Jags. He was saying how he wishes he would have kept TC as head coach for them.

We really do have a great coach in TC. Glad to have him back next year. We need to win tonight though and make it past the first round at least.
