With nicks healthy, Cruz's contract taken care of, and guys like Myers, Wilson, Brown, and Randle, this offense has the potential to be one of the best in Big Blue history. Hopefully the o-line can hold up. The defense is a much bigger concern, though.

We have a good pass core, I just hope we can utilize the running game well.

Eh, we've kinda said the same thing every season with this team since 2009 when Smith and MM emerged with Nicks. And every year we're a good, but not great, offense.

One thing that is different this season is that with Wilson as the featured back, it's the first time this teams' had a RB that could break it all the way from anyplace on the field. That could be the difference, but like I said, I'll wait and see.

Isnt that the guy that's really tall?

Eli needs to be protected. No use having great WRs if he has half a second to throw.

He is and they've reduced the playbook for him. IF he's in the huddle, he just goes straight to the end zone and waits

There is still some hope for Jernigan

oline needs to solidify itself and there needs to be two reliable back ups....at least..
running game needs to stay healthy. If it does that it will be good IMO
cut down on the picks and keep the tempo up
Health needs to be maintained at the WR position. #3, 4 ,5 receivers need to be effective when in the game
3rd short....get the first down...:)

They better play great this year. Don't see the defense being anything special.

I think we have a top 5 NFL offense if we can stay healthy. Aside from O-Line uncertainty (which is a big part of our success) all the pieces are there at the skill positions.

If the O-Line can protect Eli, I can see him tossing 35 TDs this season.

I have a feeling that with the dominance of our WR, Wilson may be lethal out of the backfield on pass routes.

Me too. We can get 3 HR hitters on the field at the same time. Pick your poison!

3 keys to a top 3 O:

OL
OL
OL

OL makes a few good holes for Wilson...the box gets full...WRs and Eli play catch...play action...Wilson catches a few as field is stretched...
I can see it now....top 3 Offense...
What's the matter with me anyway??!?

the running game looked a lot better with a healthy brown and Wilson.. with Wilson you can tell he's the fastest guy on the field when he has the ball. those holes don't have to be open as long. I agree with the OP, this offense has a chance to be dynamic, possibly the best giants offense of all time

i agree bigblue and gmenfan.

if the OL can perform at an acceptable rate, both our run and pass game will be extremely lethal to defenses, and will make us pretty much indefensible.

if the OL struggles, we can't really use our skill players to their advantage, and winning becomes a much harder task.
