Hey guys, I'm an English Giant, been following them for 10 years now but this is the first time I've been to New York during the football stadium so obviously I'm looking at going to the MetLife to see the Giants-Redskins game.

How easy/difficult will it be to get tickets for this one and how much will it be for a good seat?

Thanks, any recommendations of where to sit for a good first experience of the MetLife?

My seats are in the Terrace 1 300's, and I'm not particularly fond of them. If it was me, I'd look for the corner seats in the 100's which are currently going for $120-$140. If that is too much, you can get midfield seats in the 300's for $95. If you pick the 300's, try to get the lowest row possible. It is a long way away from the field.

I bet they'll be giving them away at the game.

If I didn't buy tickets before I fly over will it be possible to get a good deal on tickets in the few days before the game?

Since the invention of E-Tickets, I would no longer trust a ticket bought from a non-legitimate source. There's nothing to stop someone from printing 100 copies of 1 ticket, and selling them outside the stadium.

But would tickets on that site go down nearer the date do you reckon or is it better to buy now?

Mehh, I cant imagine tickets going down much more.. We're already eliminated and so are the redskins. I bought mine last week after the SD game.. Got a great deal and despite our recent performances I'm looking forward to going..

Its a great experience.

Agreed, even a "Real Hard Ticket" could be no good. In theory you can be a Season Ticket Holder, sell an electronic version of your tickets and then sell the "Real Hard Ticket" in the parking lot and it won't be any good since the bar code is now void.

Hmmm...

Is there anyway you can check if your ticket is still valid?

Nope. If a person forwards a ticket electronically, the physical ticket becomes void. The only way to tell if it's valid is when they scan it at the stadium.

TicketExchange does not allow you to post tickets below face value, so they're already at their lowest.

Thanks fellas, great info.

This will be my first trip to MetLife, is there tailgating or anything?

And also are 'club' tickets worth it?

Yes, there is tailgating. Be advised if you're driving to the game, you'll need to buy a parking pass too if you want to park in the stadium lots.

I would never spend for club seats, but that's just me.

I'd check Stubhub. Seem to be some pretty good deals and I've never had a problem with any tickets I got from there.

Just an FYI - If you drive to the stadium you need to have a parking pass to park on the lots & Tailgate..

Is stubhub completely legit in States?

We have it over here too and never had problem with them.

I've had no problems with StubHub whenever I use them. They are "Top Notch". I have Season Tickets and buy & sell with them, no problem.

Thanks.

Also just a quick question. NFL clothing/jerseys etc are expensive and limited in this country (I can pick from either Manning home jersey and Tuck road jersey from the NFLUK shop). So where is best in Manhattan to buy Giants stuff?

In Manhattan I'd think Modells is probably your best bet. Either that or there's a couple of Sports Authority's you may want to check out. There's a huge store at Giants Stadium too, but on game day you can only get in after you're ticket is scanned so you can't go back out into the parking lot again.

Any one of the Modells stores in Manhattan usually has a decent selection. If you're coming in this weekend they should have decently priced stuff. I was in the one closest to times square a few weeks back.. They have a ton of Superbowl merch.

Thanks for everything fellas. Have my game tickets and flying over tomorrow, going in club seats. If you see 2 Englishmen (although I'm sorry to say I will be attending with a Pats fan :D ) who look like they do not know where they are going feel free to say hello haha.

Merry Christmas to all.

Hi Guys,

New to the forum.

Am a Chiefs fan please don't shoot me, but taking my brother to the Giants game Sunday. I have a Tiki Barber Jersey was a huge fan of his and I certainly respect the Giants will be rooting for them.

My question to anyone with knowledge about the Coaches Club I saw on Stubhub the listing was for Section 115C but it said coaches club access not included.

Looking on the Stubhub chart and on the Giants Website chart is says nothing about 111C or 115C not having Coaches Club access... I know with the Jets certain rows don't have access like rows 16-30 in 111C and 115C but it's clearly marked on Stubhub and the Jets website, but it says nothing regarding the Giants... Very odd..

If anyone can fill me in that would be great!

Also how is the Coaches Club for Giants games? I've only been once for a Jets preseason game lol.

I've been to the Coaches Club once and you had to entry through the club so I'm not sure how you would not have access to it.
