If the Giants beat the 49ers will Giants season ticket holders be given the chance to get SuperBowl tickets? Will it be a lottery? How many would be available?

SB tickets are available to everyone. If you have a lot of money, you can go. End of story.</P>

There will be a lottery, but my family has had season tickets for all four prior Super Bowls and never got Super Bowl tickets. Bad luck I guess.

Does anyone know when the lottery would be held for season ticket holders...and when we would be notified? I really do not want to spend a couple of thousand dollars for a ticket...if we may get selected to get tickets at face value (I know a longshot).

Will need to know when to pull the plug and buy in the secondary market. Not sure if prices go down closer to game date?

Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks.

Yeah it's a lottery.
We were fortunate to get picked in 2007. Best experience of my life.

My dad and I have had season tix for all four Super Bowls as well and got picked in the lottery in 2007. I learned (somewhere) that there were about 6,000 tickets available to season ticket holders and the lottery is weighted by seniority.

If you're thinking about buying on the secondary market, definitely wait until the last possible minute (though possibly before you get on the plane to IND):

I'm a frequent user of StubHub and prices inevitably spiral downward at the eleventh hour.

i was lucky enough to win the lottery for last Super Bowl. wow. i was informed midweek before nfc championship game that if they won i was in. I'm sure i remember others informed they didn't win lottery. no one seems to have heard anything. i hope this isn't because we are the 99% in the 300 sections

http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q65/UK-Giantsfan/img014.jpgYou can actually buy SB tix for ONLY 700 bucks? I was always under the impression that they started around a grand or better.
