I can guarantee that that SF kid went on the Giants boards to curse us out right after the game. He was probably Sheli (49er troll).

That was very similar to how I felt the last time these teams squared off in the post season. Losing sucks, that's for sure.

also, who's the close personal individual to this little guy that decided the best thing to do was post this on the internet?

Yikes, let me avoid friends like that for the rest of my life.

sounds like something his brother would do lol

does anybody have any reactions to the actual fumble? the field goal ones aren't as funny because at that point you expected the outcome. the fumble was total shock.

Every fan goes through this at some point in life no matter what time you represent.

Now, the tantrum and squeaking, mid-puberty voice cracks may not be how we all act or sound when our Giants lose, but to each his own !

this is kind of a rude awakening on how NOT to base ur family success on a football game. after that link i clinked the recommended video links.

anytime a 4 year old is crying bc the ravens lost in a ravens jersey, chances are the kids only upset bc of how much it mean to the parents. like when their team won, they were probably all nice and sweet to their kids, and the kids view the team losing as the loss of good times with the parents. i know this is way off topic, i'm just saying, how, as a parent, are you going to have your child so emotionally invested into a football game?

i became a serious giants fan all on my own although my dad is a huge fan. i cant imagine being young and a child of a parent who takes football way WAY too seriously. its kind of sad for those kids. i mean, the kids are acting like its the end of the world bc thats how the parents act when the team loses...meanwhile, we got all sorts of issues going on that can radically alter our way of life, and kids arent crying about those things. i love football, and i feel like **** when the giants lose, but i certainly know how to seperate a game of football from my daily life. kind of twisted and to me this kind of represents the ugly aspect of sports; parents who put so much stock into a game that by extension a child (who is only following their parents example) feels like life is about to end bc of a loss.

rant over. sorry.

Wow... now that is a trip down memory lane. The Anderson catch was soooooo painful. Flipper had such an amazing 89', he caught for over 1000 yards with only 44 catches... big plays all over. But I think that I hated most about that game was how we could not stop the run in clutch situations. That game left a deep scar.

I kinda feel bad for the kid.... I was the same way in 2003, Granted it was 4 days after my uncle passed. I think people in society take professional sports WAY to seriously... I'm extremely passionate about the Giants.. However, win or lose I still have to work the next day.

To this day, I still think that game did not END, I was in such a state of shock, Anderson just ran straight to the bus with our season. I heard that that season did not exist and was stricken from the record books.
