If KG was a respected and knowledgeable OC it would seem that some team would offer him a head coaching job.

Perhaps those in the know realize he is incompetent and riding on the shirt tail of Eli, who even with his inane play calling is able to make plays.

Meh, I think it's a combo of both... he is a pretty good OC despite popular belief, but I think (imo anyway) that the FO sees that he lacks the qualities of a HC... Hopefully, they don't keep him around until TC retires and they move him up. That may have negative consequences for the franchise
