Do either of these:</P>
If you have Internet Explorer, make sure the compatibility button located next to the web address bar at the top of the page is selected. It is a ripped piece of paper icon and it should be highlighted when selected. This will allow you to link things, format text and insert smileys.</P>
If there is no compatibility button you can use or don't have the option to turn compatibility on, take the link and bracketurl before the link and bracket/url at the end of the link.</P>
