I wanted a blowout for this very reason! I'm a 29 year old male, but during the last few plays I had to take a knee because my heart was palpitating so violently. Now, I still have some residual tightness in the chest, just hope it goes away so I can enjoy this some place other than the ER!

I do too. I just found out that it's not healthy to stop breathing for 20 minutes. Great job Gmen.

I don't have chest pains/ But as Fans we play every play/ offense defense and special teams. For those of Us who are not in Game Shape it is tiring to play 100 plays in a game. What a great night for the franchise

that last 2 minutes was so nerve wracking, I felt light headed on that hail mary pass. I can't imagine how I would have felt had it got tipped into gronks hands.

I'm 58 years old and watched in bed with my wife. Laying with her head on my chest she became truly alarmed at my rapid heart beat,. Wants me to see a cardiologist in the morning!

I get even more freaked out during a close game and at times I mute the game. I could feel my heart pounding at a pretty high rate. Also would sit part of the time and then pace. What an incredible game!

Hope everyone stays healthy! Lots to celebrate in the days and weeks to come!

SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!!!!!!

When I see the replays, it'll take all of 2 seconds, but I swear, like with the Burress TD 4 years ago where I had so many thoughts in my head while the ball was in the air that it felt like it was there for 2 minutes, and then I watched the replay and wondered how I had so many thoughts in such a short period of time......well, when that ball went up in the air and was coming down dangerously close to Gronk's grasp, it happened in slow motion, I had my mouth open in that "NOOOOOOOOOO" motion, and my heart just about gave out by the time it finally hit the precious ground.

I normally wear a blue Giants sweatshirt with red trim, but this time I opted to wear my Eli SB 42 jersey which I've only worn once since I just have it as a memento, but I took it off following the defensive meltdown to start the 2nd half.

It wasn't as bad as the 40 whiner game IMO. That game was torture.

Another crazy Giants Super bowl, where I had every kind of emotion from elation to almost giving up,and back to elation, and then worry when Brady ended up getting that last crack at it.

After the non call on the pass interference that killed the drive,I thought we might be done.
Man did they ever pull together and keep battling !

It's been so long since 1986. Just for once can I have a Super Bowl that doesn't give me a heart attack in the final minutes?

Why can't they be as easy as the falcons and packers games? They do it on purpose to mess with their fans.

It took a good 30 mins but the tightness has subsided in my chest. Oddly, I was more concerned about being able to stay at home and soak in all of the media and what not rather than having to go to the hospital than I was about my actual health and the possibility of dieing.

No joking aside. thought I was having a heart attack. sat on floor and couldn't breathe for a minute. Had to use my inhaler. Fully recovered now. I swear these guys are going to put me 6 feet under one of these days.

i literally positioned myself on the coach to ensure if i threw up i'd miss the carpet and just get it on the hardwood.

i was literally looking down and saying' I need to sit back more, if i'm sitting on the edge of the seat i'll probably soak the carpet with beer and chip mush..........

i was certain i was going to throw up with 57 seconds left.
