The last one was a couple of hours -- they set up a platform and podium mid-field, the players come over from City Hall, takes a while to file in, and they basically give the same presentation they will do at City Hall, introduce each player for a bow, etc. Bob Papa was there, the NJ governor was there, there were 2-3 speeches...

From what i hear, The Rally is better than the Parade.

I didn't go to the parade last time but went to the Rally. Alot of people complained they didn't see nothing at the Parade.

And seeing as how you only see them for a few seconds in NYC, at least in Metlife you can see them for a couple of hours!

I can't go to both so i have decided to just go to the Rally!

I would so skip my class...but the first class my teacher is a *****!! and if you are never late once or absent once she does add 5 extra points to your final grade ....so if i averaged an 85 id get a 90 an a A ..... cant afford that class

so itll be from 3-330?

That's what I read in a tweet from one of the writers but they'll probably be a little late coming out of NY and I'm sure it'll drag on. Maybe they'll let everyone in beginning around 2 and it'll end about four but the actual ceremony will only be thirty minutes.

Bro I'm coming from Md. This is what I've been told . I go to the Path station in Secacus, NJ park my car and catch the train to the WTC , parade is 2 blocks from there. Catch a train back and the stadium is 5 min. away . said the trains would run ever 12 min. or so , Now please if anyone is reading this and I have anything wrong PLEASE tell me.

One small detail you might want to check on - there's no PATH in Secaucus.

PARRRRTTTTYYYYY!!!!!!

Okay....damn. I enjoyed the actual ceremony but the rest was utter chaos. I'll leave the transportation issues aside but I managed to get there with my brother around 12:30PM. We managed to get pretty good spots in line and waited for over an hour and a half. Why the hell did we wait? Once the gates opened it was utter chaos. People were pushing, stepping on others, running and tackling people to get ahead. I'm not going to push a woman to get a better seat. This should have been organized. Even had some woman in a wheelchair ramming into me screaming "let me in front I'm disabled I'm gonna cut off your legs!" Ended up sitting behind the TD zone like twenty five rows up since everyone who tried to sit in front of the stage and didn't get a seat was completely jammed in for twenty minutes.

Tiring day, enjoyed the actual (late) ceremony though. Twelve hour day for a 30-minute ceremony lol.

Ditto on that. Got there early to get a decent spot....didn't anticipate that they'd just open the gates and let the crowd run wild. Thought that at least the security pat-downs would slow things down. No security whatsoever going in. Stadiium design plus no security equalled severely dangerous situation trying to get into lower level entrance around midfield. Meanwhile, nice open entrance within view that was roped off - i assume - for coaches club psls....maybe about a dozen of which showed up. What a mess.
