The season ends the same way it began...

I guess we need a tight end now.

Need 2-3 TEs. Pascoe was kept because he can play FB which was needed due to Hynoski's inexperience,

can't **** around with your knees. seeing Ballard trying to get on the field was nice, but this macho bs just worsens injuries. hurt your knee, cart your *** off the field

well he does have 6 months to recover. the problem is he was already slow, this should slow him down even more. TE may be a priority come draft time.

I wonder if he tore his ACL on the sideline.

he probably partially tore it on the field. but he could still kinda move on it. then when he was running on the sideline, you see his knee totally give out.

the same thing with Gronk. if i can run faster than they could, they have to get off the field before they get killed. watching Gronk was like watching me or Tom Brady trying to run routes

Ballard and Beckum are both going to be on the PUP list to start next year at the least, who knows if they'll be able to play at all.

Pascoe is a capable fill-in guy. No idea what the free agent market for tight ends is either. Probably going to grab one in the draft as well.

we need a TE but dont think we're drafting one in the 1st or even 2nd cause we're not. we'll probably bring in a vet because he'll be back around october or november. same with beckum

beckum wont make it that far. Ballard will prob PUP. He will be a great 2nd option TE. we need a stud TE in the draft.

this sucks, i liked ballard too, good hands and good blocker. all we have is pascoe now, hope ballard has a quick recovery

yes, Ballard is probably a one game wonder. but at he end of the day, he's Dan Campbell, except maybe he doesn't block that good. Eli could use a TE who can get more separation and more consistent hands.

And why is that?

for one, theyll BOTH be back by early-mid season, it wont have that HUGE of an impact while theyre not there, and theres no TEs worthy of us drafting in the 1st or 2nd round considering we draft BPA. i dont want a TE early anyway. sign a vet to backup pascoe until they come back

Sintim97

we dont need one of those flashy TEs. a prototypical TE like ballard; big, good blocker, slow but still a good receiver, is all we need
