We need a breakout star in either Brown or Scott. Jacobs will not be back unless they tear up his contract.

^I like all the player mentioned above, plus perriloux to come in to compete for a back up spot

Yeah I think Tracy is going to be the one with the biggest shot cause he's versatile and can play DE as well as LB.

If Osi is traded I can see Kiwi moving back to DE and Tracy being that guy they can use to rotate either positions.

biz as usual, rosters expand in the offseason, then shrink back down before the season starts, but yeah hopefully a couple of these guys play well enough to make the team

I don't see how Tracy has the size to play DE

Brown has nice size. Just hope he wants to work hard enough. Liking Hopkins too. My friend was at two preseason workouts and said he looked real comfortbale catching passes. Doesn tmean much at this stage but I guess its better then looking bad. Good size too so hopefully he blcks as well. </P>

A lot of people on this board wanted Brown over Ware at the start of the season. Ware is decent and reliable, but Brown appears to have a higher ceiling and I think will make a strong push for a roster spot.

Tracy was a pass rushing 3-4 OLB who has bulked up and is exclusively a DE now.

He has no capacity to play LB in a 4-3 system AFAIK.

He was one of those freak athletic projects the Giants like to engage in.

I liked Brown a lot and I like the fact that the Giants have been patient with him coming back from his Achilles tear (career ending a lot of times).

He's shown that's he's getting his pop back which bodes well. He has an AWESOME jump cut and runs like Marshawn Lynch most of the time after that (bangs it up in there and a hard take down).

If he can stay healthy and has his step back, expect to see this guy in a 3-back rotation with AB and Ware.

Also Ware will be 2 years removed from his ACL this season .... look for him to regain more of his acceleration as well.

I like Ware's cutting. He's pretty good on screen plays and he has good speed. I just need to see more from him, he hasn't gotten enough reps for us to get a good sense on his overall ability.

I personally doubt he'll be here. But tbh I'm tired of him looking like Ron Dayne too soooo...Yeah, I wouldn't mind parting ways.
