Yup someone had a still shot of him down one one knee the other day. I think the curious thing about it was that his mother was also in the photo and she had quite a displeased look on her face. Not sure if the camera got a bad shot or if she is truly displeased lol. We will likely never know.

Well if you have a still shot of someone crying they would look unhappy, regardless of whether it was tears of joy.

No, it was his mother who wasn't crying. She looked angry. Very very angry. In all 8 pictures of the proposal.

Well I don't know, then. Maybe she hates white people, is that where you guys are wanting to go with this?

It was clouded with ambiguity, which made the joke far more funny if you see the pictures.

Lol fair enough. If the woman next to his mom is his sister, well it is easy to tell that she is super happy.

"Boy, i told ya not to marry that white gurl!"

JK, but what would of happened if we lost? Would he still had proposed on the field to steal the Patriots thunder?

It doesn't have to be about black or white. Moms can simply disagree with your choice of women. She could be mad that she didn't know he was going to propose, or that he didn't ask for her blessing. Or she may just not like any of his choices, and may never will.

It would be a shame if she did have an issue with her being white because it seems like they have a lot in common.

I wish them the best of luck.

There's also the added dimension of professional athletes and gold diggers, potentially taking 1/2 of his money 3 years down the road.

Mom definitely does NOT have that "I'm not losing a son, I'm gaining a daughter" look.

I wondered this too. Would he propose anyway? Would he wait a few weeks? Would he end up doing it at all? Just funny to have a marriage proposal contingent on the outcome of a football game. But congrats to them, awesome idea.
