1. Drew Brees NO 4031
2. Tom Brady NE 3916
3. Aaron Rodgers GB 3844
4. Eli Manning NYG 3705
5. Matthew Stafford DET 3527

1. Wes Welker NE 1253
2. Calvin Johnson DET 1092
3. Steve Smith CAR 1092
4. Victor Cruz NYG 1076
5. Jimmy Graham NO 1046

Also, NO tight end Jimmy Graham at #5 is just absurd, and Gronkowski is somewhere in the top 10 I believe as well. Nicks is at #14.

Jimmy Graham being up there is not abnormal at all because he really isnt a TE at all. He is a massive WR.

He's a very effective blocker when need be. Only time he whiffed, I can remember, is against St. Louis.

He is an effective blocker in open field vs smaller Dbs and safeties. He is not at all an effective blocker as a Tight end. In fact, they dont ask him to do it much at all.

Im not knocking him he is amazing. But, calling him a tight end is nonsense. He isnt 1. Its no big deal. The guy holding all the NFL TE records(Shannon Sharp) was also not really a TE at all either. Beckum is the same way, when we see him he is split out a VAST majority of the time.

Whats more amazing about Cruz is he wasn't even a starter until about 2-3 weeks ago.

And because of that...he may not get a pro bowl selection...he can get in as a write but....does anyone think that will actually happen? Manningham will likely get more votes than Cruz since he is actually on the ballot.

Eli can make any receiver look good right now. He is on target with pressure in his face.

You see the numbers, the come from behind wins, and the overall football intelligence Eli brings to the game..... yet Romo and Rivers get voted into the top 100 players, and Eli does not ??? Go figure.

This. imo, it's the biggest difference between Eli of this year and Eli of old. He makes the accurate throw. When a WR is wide open, he hits them in stride and between the numbers. A ton of Cruz's yards is after the catch.

I was among the kid's biggest fans before the season (based only on the incredible skill he showed in the Jets game last year). I'm thinking back to all those people who called him a preseason wonder who had done nothing; a fluke; just another preseason flash in the pan.

Who could have imagined what he's become. Simply amazing.

I can see the FO giving Cruz away with open arms, it's all bull****, they better keep Cruz. He's become my favorite WR, even over Nicks
