The problem is we have bad RBs that need perfect holes to get yards, we dont have a guy that can make something happen when the initial hole isn't there.

Jennings doesn't need a perfect hole. And Andre does need to improve his vision, but otherwise I can't see him splitting carries. Also Shane Vereen? That's quite enough.

They banged years ago (rewind episode), but Donna has strict code when it comes to dating coworkers. She's infatuated with Harvey (understandable tbh imo), but she can control it.

And that's just, believe it or not, "minor" stuff in season 1 relative to how it is now. The same stuff happens in S2 and the first half of S3, but it always took a backseat to whatever else was going on. That's not really the case anymore, which is ruining an otherwise incredible show.
They also seemed to have moved the outside office location and some lobby shots from 53rd and Lex which they used in E1

Jennings is too fragile, and Vereens a third down pass catching back

Yeah, but Vereen is a very well paid 3rd down specialist. Either we're gonna be underutilizing Gurley as a 2 down back, or we'll be getting nothing out of the Vereen investment. Either way, we're leaking value. If we cut Jennings and didn't sign Vereen, Gurley wouldn't be a bad pick.

I dont think marginal guys like them should ever be the deciding factor when it comes to picking someone who could best at their position. Its like the Jags justifying not making a run at Murray because they have Gerhart. I dont even think it has to be Gurley, I would love getting him but we need a Rb that can get consistent yards on down 1 and 2, and I dont believe Williams will ever be that guy.
