I think so. But it's probably more at a regional level than such a broad scale such as an entire continent. An example would be in China. Hong Kong vs some small farm village in the middle of nowhere. Or if North Korea was much larger, things might be different.

It's the same dude that said that Dallas could have put up 40 on us but they decided not to because they wanted to keep it close - so that Eli didn't get mad and go Beast Mode on them.

        • Interesting.

Well we're talking about the Milgram experiments, and more participants from Italy and I believe Japan did not have as hard of a time shocking the person in the next room, than a student from the U.S. In other words, they didn't find it as hard to blindly follow what their instructor said (even though they knew it was wrong)

Because all grease balls are whipped by their parents and Japs are forced to commit seppuku when they dishonor their elders.

Well you're a little over the top here but ultimately, yes. Individualism vs. Collectivism

                          I did not know that,

I did know that central Pennsylvania is pretty much one giant ****ing coal mine though and that for those who live there it's not a matter of if you will die from black lung, it's just a matter of when.

My bad, I meant African American lung.
