I've heard of them, but haven't seen them yet. One of my favorite things about the Dead, is how well they covered so many different styles of music, besides all the trippy stuff they created. Folk, blues, early rock n roll, country when country was good... Bob Dylan, Rev. Gary Davis, Chuck Berry, Merle Haggard... It just seems natural to enjoy these cover bands, extending that tradition.

Me too. I'll see those guys any time.

They sounded pretty damn good with Brandon Marsalis too.

I saw Dylan with The Dead and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers at Rich Stadium on the 4th of July in the mid eighties. I think it was a Farm Aid gig.

Good show. Great camping trip overall from what I remember.

                    Branford Marsalis.

Brandon is the guy the Jets released.
"Sir, I was wondering: did you happen to catch the professional football contest on television last night?"
                    "No...I didn't."
"Oh it was most exhilarating: the Giants of NY took on the Packers of Green Bay and in the end the Giants triumphed by kicking an oblong ball made of pigskin through a big H. It was a most ripping victory."

Its the inconsistent weather. I have mine braided right now to battle that, particularly with the wind we are getting.
