Just don't drop balls in the playoffs.

              • Jerry Reese thinks the boards are fine.....
"Sir, I was wondering: did you happen to catch the professional football contest on television last night?"
                "No...I didn't."
"Oh it was most exhilarating: the Giants of NY took on the Packers of Green Bay and in the end the Giants triumphed by kicking an oblong ball made of pigskin through a big H. It was a most ripping victory."

It's pretty bad. You have to look at the little avatar on the main screen to see who actually posted last.
Giants still in the 19th century.

Back with my wife in Tennessee, when one day she called to me

How would you like to stand in there with 4,5 behemoths bearing down on you, and their helmets are all taller than the QB's eyes, and bodies are moving all over, and you're trying to see who is your most open man. You might even have to move or scramble a bit to stay unhit, and then you expect him to throw one on the numbers to a moving target 20 yards away.
Even major league pitchers,, 20 yards away, and with not a soul moving... just him and a stationery target, cannot always throw a strike. I played QB in HS, and it's not that easy, at all. But, if Eli doesn't throw it on the numbers and the WR has to leap for the a ball... which every one of them do many times a game... you want to accuse him of exposing our receivers?????
He has always thrown the ball high, If you don't have a seam between the linemen to pass through, you have to pass it over their heads, and when you do that with some speed it doesn't always come down into a man's chest 4.5 feet above the ground every time... and the poor WR might have to jump for it. And, if some defender aims low on the tackle and his body and your knee collide at the same time, it is Eli's fault?
