      I agree and while the rules have softened for the WRs not to get leveled and they are extra sof ton the QBs today- that doens't effect the QBs stats directly.

      They still have to make reads on more complex defenses with more complex twists vs 11 ATHLETES all over the field. Bigger, faster, stronger competition

            According to the Oakland Tribune's Steve
            Corkran, "chances are" Darren McFadden (foot) will not play on Thursday
            night against San Diego.</p>

            McFadden, who hasn't even resumed running, did
            not participate in Monday's Wednesday-like practice walkthrough and is
            expected to be replaced by Michael Bush and Taiwan Jones against the
            Chargers. According to Corkran, McFadden "still hasn't so much as gone
            out for a leisurely jog" since suffering a mid-foot sprain on October
            23. After Thursday night, the Raiders' next game is on November 20,
            giving McFadden nearly a full month of off time.

                    Phil retired with an all time great 7.2 yards per attempt in his career. One of the highest of alltime. Parcells used to say that YPA is the best way to guage a QB's effectiveness.</P>

                        Oh yeah LT. If you have any Chargers or Raiders they go on Thursday night. Check Morehead's team. It gets fun when we get the Thurs and Sat games cause you have to decide and get your lineup set before Thursday if you have those players who play in the games. If not you just set your line up as normal.

                          prior to the season, he said he drafted Hightower in multiple leagues and said that he was very high on him this year. lol</P>
