Just finished it. The only scary movie I "enjoy" watching.

Book or movie? Actually, both were excellent, but I haven't read or seen either in many, many moons.

Haven't read the book yet. I'm sure it's even better than the movie.

No. It's a common misconception. There was a guy, Palladius, that had proselytized in Ireland prior to Patrick and is often confused with him. He made some inroads, but nothing major or lasting. It wasn't until Patrick that Ireland began to truly convert to Christianity.

                Definitely a good read.

It's common, but that was one of the movies that I actually enjoyed coming from a book.

Most King books make decent movies, even if they drift from the original work.

Did you hear they are doing a re-make of Carrie? I hope it's good.

Meh. Very rarely is a reboot good.

I see. But yeah, it's unfortunate that St. Patrick's Day is associated with getting ****faced and wear green.

Yes, I saw the trailer. Nothing will beat the 1977 film.

That's what I'm saying. I will watch it though, although not in the movie theater.

                              • It's actually going to be the 2nd remake of it.
