  • WOULD Eric Reid fit in JAMES BETTCHER's new york giants defensive scheme ??

Reid is 26 years old.....played safety for the 49ers.....desperate to join a team.....would he fit in?

No because he would be too worried about kneeling than his assignment.

      Oh u went there....
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

      # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
      2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
      3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
      4-New York Giants!!!
      5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

I was wondering if he would be too toxic....for the Giants to pick him up. But he seems to be a solid player

I would take him if the giants think he can fit their defense. Who cares if he kneels if he can play. I only care if a player kneels when they are terrible at football

He can be desperate some more to join a team!!

Maybe their is reasons he isn't getting picked up!!

            He can kneel elsewhere

Well, Reid is a strong safety, but since Landon is coming off injury, signing him would be good insurance and cheap.

I can't say any more on the matter without getting into the politics of the matter.

Reid can play strong safety or as a Hybrid LB/safety Sort of like Honey Badger.
BTW, he has stated he would not knee or protest on a the footbsll field.

Well, he filed a collusion lawsuit against the NFL this week, so his career is over too....

To be fair to him, he has stated that he does not intend to kneel this upcoming season, and while he's not signed currently, I don't think he's going to come cheap given the caliber player he is and like others have said he's very much in the same ilk as Collins.
All Hail The New York Giants!!

Well, if he was to sign with a team.
There goes the collusion lawsuit. He would drop the the lawsuit.
He is sending a message to the NFL either sign me or i see you in court. NFL typically don't like lawsuits it can open a can of worms.
Don't be suprised if he gets signed in the upcoming weeks.
