  • Antonio Garcia cut (pats tackle)

    https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ntonio-garcia/

garcia was cut today. 3rd rd pick last year. Blood clots, but was cleared by doctors. Pats said otherwise. I think itís worth bringing him in and checking him out. Cheap option for RT.

Tske a look in the other thread started earlier. Mixed bag.some said if NE does want him despite his passing physical then we should stay away

Others like me say take a flyer on him. Could turn out to be a low risk high reward situation as long as our doctor clears him
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
    2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
    4-New York Giants!!!
    5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

Ironically, fans on the board would have been ecstatic if Jerry Reese had drafted Garcia in round 2 last year.

Great insight on some of the thinking from fans, lol. He's probably as talented and possibly a better player than anybody on our roster at RT.

Did he start for N.E. last year ? If he did........

I'm in the low risk high reward group, check out his health if OK let him compete.

I HAAAATE when people say that, "if so and so released him, i dont want him". If thats the case then if a player got released their career is essentially over. Remember Fluker, he was cut, came here and played like a beast
Come check the G-Fambulance and The Scarf Soldiers every home game in Lot L6, and like us on facebook and instagam 'NYG Scarf Soldiers'
