In all seriousness,,,I can easily see a team picking him up if the charge is only obstruction.
He would have to clear waivers first so the contract could be reworked, but it wouldn't shock me.

Do people actually get brought in on that charge, though?

Have a feeling the Pats know something.
It didn't take them long to release him.

It's not common at all that the first arrest would be obstruction; this is one of those occasions where 4 guys left together and only 3 came back. Those 3 all know something, and Hernandez is the only one who seems to have tried to destroy evidence.

Wouldn't shock me if the State said no bail, as he has already tried to destroy evidence.

NFL teams usually have some ex-FBI or ex-police type guy as a consultant on their payroll and my guess is this guy working for the Pats knows what the deal is with the Hernandez scenario and it's most likely a serious charge as in murder.

Let's put the women and children to bed and go lookin' for dinner

Kraft just dropped all rights to Christian Peters after his history of violence was made public.
His wife was very vocal about this.

First and only time a draft pick was dropped before training camp started!

Sadly...the Giants had no such issue with him.
