I can't believe the Atlanta Falcons had Michael Vick present their 2nd round pick.

I'm not in the business of judging other people's level of remorse. I'll leave that up to you guys.

It is what it is, he's a psychopath who got off easy like nearly every single pro athlete in the world when compared to the average person. It's interesting because I see more people on here get all judgemental and riled up over LT using cocaine and prostitutes which doesn't even reach the scale of immorality when compared to Vick's crimes which actually seriously hurt other beings.
He got off easy?? What sentencing would you have given him?? Life? I dont see anyone here really downplaying his crime because everyone here has agreed that what he did was wrong and that he served his time.

I guess some of you will never forgive the guy which is fine as well but dont go crazy over the people that have forgiven him.

I wasn't asking you to join the judgmental business, I was just asking you a simple question to answer after watching the video.

Thats probably the stupidest thing Iíve ever read!
Maybe thatís true for holy rollers concerning porn, and fidelity.... but never in my life have I ever heard of an abuser condemn abuse. They usually stay silent or try to justify or downplay the actions of fellow abusers!!!!
Vick didnít stop dogfighting on his own, he only stopped because he got caught.
He only apologized and voiced remorse to get back into the NFL.
So yeah....Iím judgemental of Vick and anyone who equates cattle in a pen, with electrocuting and strangling dogs because they lost an illegal fight and cost some ***** his wager!!!

How do you know he only apologized to get back in the league?? You have proof of this?? So you dont think Vick has remorse?? What does the man have to do to prove that he ****ed up?? Its like some of you want the man to rot in hell and never get a 2nd chance at life.

Looks to me that the video was edited for shock value. Do you have the whole video for this?? Because right now i dont believe for one second that Vick said that in that manner.

It's been said here before. He never spent a minute in prison for the crime of dogfighting. Only for having an illegal business being run across state lines. That is it.

How long should his jail term have been? I'd say somewhere between what he got (21 months, less than two years), and what Jerry Sandusky got. But if you want to say 21 months was enough for electrocuting, drowning, slamming dogs to the concrete floor several times until they're dead, having hundreds of them fight to the death for his sick entertainment and for his profit making, fine. I'll disagree with you, but fine.

What really irks me is that he was re-enstated into the NFL, and now has a big cushy job as a NFL commentator today. Does he have the right to gain employment after he does his time? Yes, but in the NFL. Greg Hardy will never get a job as an NFL commentator, and neither should Vick. Let him work for Arthur Blank again. In a Home Depot in Georgia.

Edited for shock value? Watch the uninterrupted 13 seconds between 30-43. How was that edited to look like he was talking about something else??

It could have been worse. Would you have been more offended if they played "How much is that doggie in the window"? When he came out? He paid for his crime. It might not have been enough to make everyone happy. But, those hundred million dollars that he lost.
I ain't throwing smack. I'm being serious. He served jail, and prison time over this. And, one of his terms of release is that he can't ever again own a dog.

18 months is chump change for what he did. By the way. You're wrong that he can't ever have a dog again.

Michael Vick acknowledges he's a dog owner.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who served 18 months in federal prison for bankrolling a deadly dogfighting ring, now has a dog. Read more.

OK I admit that I am wrong about his owning a dog. But, He lost over 100 million dollars. You feel that he should have spent more time. I actually agree. But, I ain't gonna go to websites crying about him.
