An elementary school cafeteria worker and playground monitor, who had an extensive career in the adult entertainment industry, is becoming a New Jersey school district's legal nightmare.
Some parents in Vineland, N.J., as well as the board of education president, want Louisa C. Tuck fired, but district officials were advised by their lawyers and those from the New Jersey School Board Association they have no legal grounds to terminate the 32-year-old from her $5,772-a-year part-time job as an aide in the lunchroom and playground, The Daily Journal reported.
"We have no real legal stance or legal right to do anything for two reasons one, it's not illegal, and two, it's not on school time," Superintendent Charles Ottinger told the newspaper.
Tuck, who went by the name of Crystal Gunns when she starred in adult movies, performances and photos, told the newspaper it's been five years since she was involved in the adult entertainment industry. She now also works with children at the local YMCA.

Before we go any further, let's look at the evidence. When someone walks in like this and wants to be the new school lunch lady, you may want to do a background check.

I'd hire her no questions asked. What does it concern them that she had a questionable past that was completely legal? Do they think she's gonna influence children to want to be porn stars or shoot up the lunchroom or something? If parents are doing their job the children will never see her movies whie they're at that school.</P>

The problem is the current American culture. There is NO parenting and there is no responsibility.
Responsibility gets passed off to anyone that can be sued....

Parents are too busy trying to look rich. Mom and Dad both work full time, have nice cars and a big McMansion. They are too busy trying to live the ideal life.

Yeah it might have to be Tuck, at least right now. He just goes out there and does his thing. And he is a monster. This team has so many solid players who know how to play they game and they are young!!

Tuck, Eli, Boss, Hixon, Smith, Bradshaw, Johnson...the list goes on....it's just amazing the crew that we have....they "get it"...

I hope Tuck can stay healthy. I think when Osi comes back, they won't be able to double up on Tuck anymore OR Osi, next season is going to be hell for any OL....

Happy Thanksgiving fellow posters of the Quinness World Record Book Holder of the longest thread on an NFL message board!</P>

The other day I was getting a hair cut &amp; highlighters, so I picked up one of the trash mags, to catch up on the scoop. I found a GREAT quote by the beautiful &amp; awesome mom, Jenny McCarthy, who is raising 2 sons: her son, Evan, who has autism....and of course, Jim Carey, who seems to forget to take his manic medicine pretty often.....hehehehehe. (who cares, I love the way he makes me laugh, with his funny facial expressions.) Anyway, Jenny just wrote a book to help other folks with autistic kids, and one of the things that Jenny said, was, "I have to do 2 things at the same time or I'd lose my mind."</P>

That quote really made me think about how grateful I am for this message board. If I had not found this mb this year, and learned how to write, communicate, debate my point (without being a homer or a tool...terms I never even heard of before) AND laugh my head off....I think that I also would have lost my mind.</P>

It was all just excellent preparation for writing up my 26 page document, to fight for my sweet little mom, in court....and I am proud of my finished product, because of what I have learned on this mb.Somehow, one of my selfish brothers has managed to waste away almost everything my parents have saved, for their entire lives. (He needs some Lamictal for manic spending, terribly, I suppose.)</P>

Therefore, this Thanksgiving, I just wanted to say, thanks for putting in all of the hours that you work for free, AG, to make this such a high class mb, and a fun place for us to come and laugh &amp; share ideas. I am personally grateful that you work your a** off, to make this board what it is, because it sure helped me out, BIG TIME and in big ways, and hopefully will pay off in dividends for my cute little mom, when we go to court.</P>

                            [D][pi][B][pi][D][pi][B]</P>

BTW....why is it that the brothers are always the d*ckheads in the family &amp; the sisters are the ones that have to be the responsible ones?????!!!!!!! hehehe []</P>

It has ALL of the best deals. Don't know if you still want a Plasma TV.....but it has a Panasonic Plasma HD TV @ Circuit City for $899.99. ($400.00 off) The write up says that it is a GREAT deal and a great TV.</P>

Personally, I am following BOR's advice in his Thanksgiving Day newsletter today. I won't be anywhere near a store on Friday, and I am not spending a penny, in this economy, unless I have/want to....eeeeek! I am just glad that gas to fill up the tank has gotten cheaper! BOR says, "What's the dif-ference between a drug dealer and a mortgage broker? Interest."</P>
