The murders he was cleared of Friday was for the two men gunned down in a drive by shooting in Boston. Seemed like there was a lot of incriminating evidence in that one as well but Borz the same Atty that got Casey Anthony off was able to convince a jury he was innocent. That case has nothing to do with what he is serving the life Sentence for.

He was crying when the announced he was free from those charges and he exchanged glances with his Fiancee and blew kisses to his daughter. His Atty said that if he had been his lawyer for the Odin Trial he would be a free man today. He said this was just the beginning and they would seek an Appeal on the other murder.

Sounds to me like a man that had something to live for. Would of been a long long process but it makes no sense why he would take his life now??

His former Lawyer and good friend said Arron made many mistakes and bad choices in his life but he knows for a fact he would not take his life. Especially now..

Some of the speculation is to that people close to the two Murdered men felt he got away with The murders and got to someone on the inside and made a deal to kill him and make it lookije a suicide

The part about the barricade set up from the inside to make it harder for the guards to get in sort of shoot holes in that bring the case
From what I understand, jurors from the first case stated that they probably wouldn't have convicted because they weren't sure he was at the scene until his lawyer actually volunteered that information.

Feel bad for his family and the victims families; they're the ones that are suffering while the reality for the situation is that Aaron actually took the easier way out. I would rather die than rot in prison forever.

Don't know if the stories are true but there seems to be speculation that the murder he was convicted of may have had something to do with Aaron Hernandez fear of Odin Loyd exposing his bisexuality. If that's the case then that's sad, really sad. No one should ever be ashamed if they are hetero, bi or homosexual.

Yes. It does. The guy had the world in his hands but went a different way. So tragic.

Only 2 roads in the thug life. One leads to jail, the other to death, he decided to go for both. Shame he decided that maintaining a relationship with his thug friends from back on the block was more important than walking away from them & his old way of life. Had he devoted himself to just being the best football player he could be & his family, he would still be alive & well today, enjoying 2 SB wins & living a good honest life. Make bad decisions & play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Before everyone keeps feeling sorry for him, let's remember he murdered another human being. And he went from being a TE to a WR in jail to boot.
