    Cade McNown UCLA 1999 42 55%
    Joey Harrington Oregon 2002 26 55%
    Mike Vick VT 2001 21 56%
    JP Losman Tulane 2004 29 57%
    Jay Cutler Vanderbilt 2006 43 57%
    Akili Smith Oregon 1999 11 58%
    Carson Palmer USC 2003 45 59%

He is a mid 2nd to 3rd Round QB.
There's two times of year for me: Football season, and waiting for football season.

Nah, he's a mid first rounder. He put up numbers against big name competition and showed he can respond to coaching and is very competitive (would not come out of the game at Senior Bowl). Good QB demeanor, and the accuracy thing .......Hey, look at Eli.. haha

There is a difference between not being accurate in the NCAA against the Never will play in the NFL and throwing Ducks in the show.

He is a first rounder. Maybe the best arm talent in the last decade. Between him and Mahomes IMO. Great size, very good athlete for the position. Has played in a pro-style offense at Wyoming. Performed well at the Senior Bowl. He has a high ceiling, but also a very low floor. Ceiling is an even more talented Carson Wentz/Big Ben, floor is like a 2016 Brock Osweiler.

There is an exception to every rule...but the odds do not look favorable. 1/31 with less that 50% completions in college, became a decent starter.

                    You forgot Dan Marino.

58% completion percentage, 17 TDs 23 interceptions. One year he only had a 51% completion percentage.

A year later in the NFL he was breaking all time records.

It's pretty amusing - analysts said Wentz wasn't NFL ready either, played for a small school, and couldn't read defenses well. They said the same about Marino.

He beat the odds. Anything is possible.

Geno Smith had a 71.2% percentage in college. Maybe we should start him.

                              I don't see him a top as a top 10 draft pick .
