works fine for me. I check it almost daily to see if any tape of someone I like has been uploaded or someone who I have heard a lot about but haven't seen much of. It didn't work for me when I was in Mexico a week ago but the wifi was terrible there lol

He looks very athletic for a DE. I have only watched the 3 games that are on draftbreakdown but I liked what I saw. He looks very fast. I considered mocking him to us earlier in the year but I mocked Crichton instead because I liked his size and power at the DE spot. They were projected around the same area in the draft for a while but now Crichton has broke out and now is a potential first round pick. I will say that Smith IMO at the least could be a pass rush specialist in the league. He gets off the ball very quickly. Although he was not in a 3pt quite a bit in the tape that I watched he was able to get to the QB. He seems to have a nice amount of rush moves as well. He was playing a bit of OLB in the tape as well which shows how athletic the guy is...

Another player who I really like on Louisville is their S Calvin Pryor. He is a really violent hitter. He showed some pretty nice ball skills as well. I think he is finally get some recognition now. He is rated the #1 FS on cbs sports... His game vs Rutgers was awesome!

Here is a tape of Smith vs Miami. He was able to get pressure quite a bit and you will be able to see his speed

      • How do you guys feel about CB/FS Lamarcus Joyner and S Calvin Pryor? I love both of them as prospects, and think we should definitely consider them in the 2nd round. Thoughts?

I like Joyner a lot, although he struggled a bit vs Auburn. He is undersized, so that might make people think twice. Love his aggressiveness though. Not sure about Pryor.
WE ALREADY HAVE A GREAT RUNNING BACK:

          • First player linked to GMEN during the offseason draft process(which includes everything from shrine game thru draft itself) is S.Dakota LB Tyler Starr. Hes the first S.Dakota player to be named MVFC player of the yr.. He's big and burly and can get to the QB. Hes been credited with every sack hes gotten in his career, of the Solo variety.. That speaks a bit to his abiity to get to the passer and get em to the ground. Hes had 27sacks in his carerr. Hes listed at 6ft 5in 250lbs. Probably be a bit of a LB/DE type in the pros..

Ya he really is speedy.. Kinda seems like a good fit oppo JPP in my mind. Of course hes alittle small for Tucks positon, so JPP would have to kinda take Tucks spot, while Smith hopefully becomes Osi in his prime..

              • Yeah Smith and Moore rotating at DE would be really nice to see. Two quick pass rushing specialist type DE's who could rack up some nice sack numbers. I still think your boy Donald would be a really nice addition in the 2nd if he is available. Dude is a monster!

Ya, i was thinking sometimes we could have Moore standing up rushing the passer while having Smith and JPP in at end.. Also, yes , have them switch out for eachother at times.. But D.Moore has teh ability to stand and rush the passer and it'd require QB's to get rid of the ball really quickly if we had JPP, DMoore, and M.Smith rushing at the same time, especially if we had someone like Aaron Donald on the inside pushing toward the Q..

I really think Donald goes RD1 when said and done. I'm gonna do my top hopeful draft again really soon now that many underclassmen have made there decisons.. I'd still find it hard pressed for anyone better to fall to us in RD2 then donald. His pass rush ability is about as good as i've seen in some time from the interior of the dline.

                  • This is my mock, now knowing most of the underclassmen that are declaring.. Obviously this changes things some, as alot of guys we were unsure if they would elect to come out or go back to school. Giants picking 12th overall.. No 7th rd pick because of Jon Beason aquisition.

1). CJ Mosley ILB/OLB Alabama- Right now, i'm going with the safe pick in Mosley. I've changed from Mike Evans because of how many WR's have declared. WR is way deeper then LB this yr.. Mosley would be a huge boost to our defense and a LB core then needs a heavy dose of talent.. If we resign Beason, we could start Mosley at WLB with Beason at MLB, making a formidable duo in the LB core.. Mosley can defend the pass really well and also is solid in supporting the run. Hes versatile enough to play inside and out..

2). Aaron Donald DT Pittsburgh- If Donald is there in the 2nd for us, we better pounce. Adding this inside pass rusher along with Mosley would give are defense a huge boost. A core of JPP, Prince, Mosley, Donald, and Big Hank, and W.Hill, has the makings of a elite defense in the future...

3).Troy Niklas TE Notre Dame- I think he should of returned to ND for another yr of seasoning, but i certainly woulden't mind getting this big, talented, handsy TE in the 3rd rd.. He has the size to become a elite blocker and the hands to be huge in the pass game, and especially the redzone.. Eli would form a great repoire with Niklas, i believe..

4).Andre Williams RB Boston College- A Coughlin/Reese type draft pick here. Williams plays the style that Coughlin and Co really love. Smash mouth, with the abiity to break tackles and pile up tough yards.. Not much in the pass game though.. But hopefully David Wilson can grow into taht 3rd down back.

5).Cody Hoffman WR Byu- If Hoffman is here, i love the pick.. Hes a good sized possesion WR, with very good hands, and number 1 type upside..Kinda has a game similar to that of soon to be Ex-Giant Hakeem nicks..

6).Dakota Dozier G Furman- Solid 6th rd pick. Dozier will bring depth to the interior of our oline and possibly more down the line..

This would be how i'd see our defense stacking up next yr with my draft.. Thats a solid defense right there..

                      • Was looking at 2007's draft, and didn't quite realize how many total studs were in that draft. Look at some of these names that were in that draft.

                        Calvin Johnson
                        Joe Thomas
                        Adrien Peterson
                        Patrick Willis
                        Marshawn Lynch
                        Dwayne Bowe
                        Joe Staley
                        Lawerence Timmons
                        Jonathan Beason
                        Darrelle Revis

Those are just first rders. We got Aaron Ross, in case you didn't know.

                              • It seems like our pro personnel department has found more castoff gems then Reese has in the mid to late rounds of the draft.
