I like Riley Reiff (LT from Iowa), dude plays with a nasty streak
Funny U mention him I started watching himtonight
And what do you think? Only real downside is he'll be 24 by next years draft, but from the video I saw he clearly outplayed two 2011 first rounders in JJ watt and Cameron Heyward.
Yeah I was very impressed although it was only 1 game I watched.Im going to look at the Bowl game vs Missouri later.I was much more impressed with Reiff then I was with Martin. Martin has not overly impressed me.I know he was only a Sophomore and he could still get better but he doesnt look to have that elite length U look for either.
Yeah I think Martin might be a tad over rated do to the fact that his super star teammate (Andrew Luck) consistently makes his Olineman look good with his mobility in the pocket.

IMO the most complete package out of the top tackle prospects is Matt Kalil, he's got the size, length and athleticism that you look for in a top 10 pick. Plus the fact that he was able to keep all world athlete Tyron Smith on the right side speaks volumes on the guys skill level.
I havent looked at to much film of the O-lineman so far this year. Im just starting to get into there tapes just now.I will start coming out with a bunch of tapes now. Im going to do Reiff then Mike Adams. Then I might take a look at some of the Top Guards. Im hoping Alo does some of the Olineman because I prefer to do the defensive players.

Does the name Bryce Brown ring a bell for anyone? If it does its most likely b/c you remember him being the #1 recruit for the class of 2008. Anyway, after sitting out a year b/c he transfered from Tennesee, brown will once again be suiting up in 2011 at Kansas State.

Also don't expect him to stay long because Tennessee refused to release him from his scholarship meaning he's paying his own way at KSU

His brother Arthur (a year older) was a highly recruited LB prospect who went to the U, but he was never able to crack the lineup so he also transferred to KSU.....It'll be interesting to see what the Brown brothers can do now that they're reunited back home in Kansas.

BTW I have a feeling the reason BB didn't originally join his brother at Miami was b/c Lane Kiffin made him a very wealthy man and when Kiffin bolted to USC the new regime refused to keep making the payments

Good Physical player with solid range. Certainly has starter potential at the next level although not upper echelon material IMO could go as high as 2nd round

Is it just me or does Bruce Irvin have Von Miller type potential. IF WVU finds a way to get him on the field all 4 downs (shouldn't be too hard) I could see him going as high as top 10

It just seems like fewer and fewer saftey's are being taken in the first round now a days. 0 in 2011, 0 in 2009, 1 in 2008 (Phillips). IMO for a safety to go in round 1 he needs to be a special talent ala Berry and Thomas and looking ahead to 2012 there just doesn't appear to be any of those kind.
Yeah he is supposed to get a heavy increase in snaps this year from what Ive read. He will be a guy to watch for sure. I just dont know how he will hold up when teams start power running at him. Is he going to be able to stand up against a 320 pound pulling Olineman or is he going to be able to hold the point of attackwhen double teamed. WV plays a 3-3-5 as well so it should be interesting to see what there thinking with him. I just cant imagine them liningupa 230lb DE in an odd man front. Some type of hybrid role where he is moved around would seem to make the most sense. He was originally a LB so playing him off the line on running downs would seem to be a good idea

Here's an interesting looking prospect....Robert Griffin III, QB for Baylor. Looks like a legit dual threat whose coming off a very solid jr season. He's got a live arm that completed 67% of his passes last season and a pair of legs that were good enough to make him an All-American track star in high school.

                          More Griffin highlights
                          As a freshmen

As a red shirt Soph showing he's still got plenty of speed to burn after an acl tear

Kind of reminds me of Vince Young and Randall Cunningham

Here's him as a sophomore http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozzERd-boi8 seems mature beyond his years.
