    95. Houston Texans - ILB - Jon Bostic, Florida - Need someone to start next to Cushing.
    96. Kansas City Chiefs - QB Mike Glennon, North Carolina State - Smith isn't the long term answer.
    97. Tennesee Titans - CB B.W. Webb, William & Mary - Need some depth in the secondary.

So things that have happened in real life - The Browns forfeited their 2nd round pick in last year's Supplemental Draft. The Saints forfeited their 2nd round pick as punishment for their Bounty Gate scandal. The Rams have Washington's 1st and the Vikings have the Seahawks 1st. The 49ers have the Chiefs 2nd. The Bengals have the Raiders 2nd. The Dolphins have the Colts 2nd. The 49ers have the Panthers 3rd. The Dolphins have the Bears 3rd. There are three conditional picks awarded to the Texans, Chiefs and Titans, respectively.

What I predict - When Geno Smith gets taken off the board, the Bills trade back a few spots with the Chargers. This way the Chargers can get their offensive tackle and the Bills can still get one of the top guards, as well as gain an extra pick. The Bills then use that extra pick, along with their 2nd round pick, to hop back into the first round and grab their QB. The Ravens, liking how deep the draft is and knowing they have a lot of holes to fill since their roster got turned over, are ok with dropping back nine spots and gaining that extra draft pick.

The 49ers don't have too many holes but have a lot of draft picks. They trade up in the second to make sure they can still get a quality cornerback they really like. The Panthers, who have a couple of holes, drop back fifteen spots but they also gain back the third rounder they originally traded away. If Newton can bounce back, they can contend for a wild card, they just need a few more pieces.

The Dolphins really like Margus Hunt and don't want to risk the Ravens or worse, the Jets, from taking the raw but talented prospect. So they trade up four spots, jumping both teams in the process. The Cardinals, who have a lot of holes, drop back four spots and also gain a 5th rounder, which can help them add some depth to their roster in the later rounds.

Excellent work here. I'm a B.Jones fan, but if Warford is there in the 2nd and the giants don't take him, I may start an imgrate tread...It'll be interesting to see how it turns out...obviously I have some guys higher/lower (Wreh-Wilson for xample), but this seems realistic. Way to put in some time

Trufant - Jones - Collins would be a solid start to this draft

I like Jones in 2nd, but I'd pass on Trufant in first. I mentioned in another thread that this draft is stacked with good cb options in the mid-rounds. If Rhodes is gone at 19, Id much rather fill cb in rounds 3-5.
          2017 Draft Wishlist:
          1. Christian McCaffrey RB Stanford
          2. Raekwon McMillan ILB Ohio State
          3. Roderick Johnson OT Florida State
          4. Jordan Leggett TE Clemson
          5. Ryan Glasgow DT Michegan
          6. Chad Kelly QB Ole Miss
          7. Billy Brown WR Shepherd

If Zach Ertz or Kawaan short are there in the 2nd they would be tempting

Webster sucks and Prince hasn't played an entire season. No 3rd to 5th rounder will help immediately, like Hosley. Good talent but not elite. We need elite.

I'd be happy with Jordan Poyer, Jamar Taylor or Micah Hyde

I love Rhodes but from what I'm reading, he struggles in zone coverage. Fewell loves to run zone coverage a lot, even though I feel like it always leaves our secondary confused as to what they're doing. While physically, I think Rhodes is the better athlete, I think Trufant offers more versatility in what he can do.

If you made a 4th Round, Devin Taylor should be the DE selection

I'm a fan of Devin Taylor. My ideal mock would include him in the fourth. I think he's the classic Reese pick. A guy who has flashed talent and has a high ceiling but is a little on the raw side. I've noticed and have read others people's views on Reese's draft strategy and it seems to be this. Reese loves a guy with a high ceiling over a guy with a high floor. If you have two players and one of them is very polished and going to be a solid player but he's not going to get much better then what he is now, and then you have another player who has the talent to be a great player but he's raw and might not reach that potential, Reese is picking the latter every time.

And its lucky that other GMs don't feel that way. If the Giants are to be believed then their big boards would have Jason Pierre-Paul over Brandon Graham, David Wilson over Doug Martin etc. The Giants just seem to favor that guy with the high upside, rather then the guy who is more polished.

Taylor ain't falling to the 4th. 3rd at most.
