  • Eagles Dream Team signings of 2011

with the release of Nnmandi prior to the start of FA, how many of the boat load of FAs they signed that year are still there? Already Cullen Jenkins, Jason Babin, Vince Young, Ronnie Brown as well as Asomugha are goners. Who else is left or should i say GONE, lol

Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
    2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
    4-New York Giants!!!
    5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

Michael ***** is still wearing that ugly shade of green...

(yes I know he was 2010, but I consider him a part of that FA bonanza...)

I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite team in the NFL.

They also got Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie in the Kevin Kolb Trade That same year. he is an UFA and is also prob gone as they didnt use their FT on him. So looks like that whole Signing class that made the Eagles INSTANT SB Contenders/Favorites that Offseason are now just 2 short years later ALL GONE from the team. HOW PATHETIC...

My question is to be just two years removed from that HUGE FA Signing frenzy and all of them gone, how do they have so much CAP room this season. Did they CUT most of those players which in turn allowed them to erase future CAP HITS or Trade them away?

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Steve Smith were also a part of that group. I don't think any of the "Dream Team" signings remain.

Presumably because the contracts had low guarantees and didn't wind up being restructured to hell.

DRC was the only guy that turned out to be a good and productive signing.

DRC is not that great actually. Nnamdi is just worse.

He actually has played very well in coverage for Philly. He has shutdown ability. His main problem was overall consistency, and penalties.

That organization is a bigger joke than Oakland.

A team with De Sean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin @ Wideouts

CB's Nnamdi Asamoghua and Dominique Rogers Cromartie

DE's Trent Cole and Jason Babin, Cullen Jenkins and Fletcher Cox(a really good rookie DT)

I think Vick sucked, but Nick Foles looked good..Still couldn't figure that "Dream Team" Out..

Very good head coach Andy Reid, and Coaching Staff. ...Go Figure

And i almost forgot La Sean Mc Coy..probably the 2nd best back in the league behind Peterson.
