  • Why did the Eagles pass on Will Hernandez?

Looking back at the draft, the Eagles really did the Giants a huge favor.

Eagles were picking 32. Hernandez fell right in their lap. Giants were picking 34 and the Eagles had to know they were targeting Hernandez. Giants getting Hernandez at 34 made their entire draft and justified the Barkley pick at #2.

LG is the only non-Pro Bowl caliber player on the Eagles OL.

Eagles could have been the 1st team in NFL history with 5 Pro-Bowlers across the OL from left to right.

    LT - Jason Peters
    LG - Will Hernandez
    C - Jason Kelce
    RG - Brandon Brooks
    RT - Lane Johnson

    Thank you Howie Roseman!

Roseman has done very well so far.

    Maybe he knows something.

Because they traded the pick to gain more picks. they got 2 seconds and swapped 4ths.

        Yep, This!!

But just glad it worked out for us for once
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

        # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
        2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
        3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
        4-New York Giants!!!
        5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!
