    Same ol Tony Romo

Had a a great game statistically, but as usual, threw a pick when it counted most! I called it earlier---he was looking good and I even told my wife and my brother-in-law, a Cowboys fan, that Romo would probably throw a pick in the 4th quarter if they were close to tying or winning the game!

Otherwise a hell of a game on both sides---it was like a video game the way their offenses were going up and down the field. The Broncos had a run game at least to keep the Boys defense honest.

I agree, he was incredible, but these kind of things always seem to happen to Romo. He could be 40-41, 700 yards and 10 TDs and that last pass would be intercepted and returned for a TD and they would lose. Its just how it seems with that guy. Stephen A Smith says it best, Cowboys are an accident waiting to happen.

I like to get on Tony Romo as much as the next Giants fan, but I can't really fault him for that game on Sunday. He was outstanding and went toe-to-toe with one of the all time greats who is happening to have one of his best seasons.

This game just showed how ridiculously good that Broncos team is. From coaching to execution, it's all there. They just need to stay healthy.

I also agree that Romo didn't choke.

There is no point, just like the team who wins this division, there is no point. One and done.

    agreed.

That was about as brutal as it gets. I actually almost felt bad for Romo until I reminded myself that it was the Cowboys.

I did greatly enjoy the fact that the cameras kept zooming in on Romo's family and JJ and his lackeys every 5 seconds in the 4th quarter when it looked like Dallas might win, only for Romo to throw the game sealing INT. That was just ridiculous. I'm pretty sure they showed his pretty blonde wife bouncing up and down more than they showed the actual game in the 4th quarter.

But I agree with you---the defense was toasted by the Broncos offense, but many defenses have fallen into that category this year. I think with the Broncos having a better run game yesterday than the Cowboys also helped.

Right now I dont know who might be able to contain or slow down the Broncos offense---except maybe themselves or injuries(not wishing that).

Yeah, still an INT for Romo. Game is still lost. But I just don't see it as his normal choke job.

I don't like Romo. I don't trust Romo. But I can't seriously say that was his fault. He would have had to have literally (and don't mean figuratively) the best passing game in the history of the NFL to win that one.

The defense lost it, and Romo caught a bad break.

Glad the media isn't running with it like they normally do.

Broncos have a huge weakness though, which won't win them the SB like that.

They played well offensively with the broncos though, which was nice.

    Both teams sucked though

Good point. People can talk about the INT all they want (Peyton threw one too and actually had a running game) but Romo threw for over 500 yards and 5 TDs. He led his team to 48 points. One pick did not lose this game - horrific defense did. Romo is completing over 70% of his passes, has 13 TDs and 2 picks. Eli throws more picks than that each game! Romo is playing QB, by far, the best in the division. The defense has cost Dallas the past two game, not the QB. Losing that close one stunk today, but seeing Eli throw countless picks as the Giants go 0-5 softens the blow. Still in first place and control our own destiny. Enjoy the season guys!
