No, just don't like Sherman and the Seahawks, including their HC.

It's clear you despise Sherman, and to prove your point you dig up this old video?
First, pretty classless that a player has to punch another player after the game. Oh, and funny Trent Williams does it all the while he's wearing his helmet.
And I wouldn't call Sherman backing away, he gets punched and instead of acting like an animal he puts his hands up. If he would have stoop to Williams level it would have been a brawl and he may have gotten injured and even suspended or fined. What does that prove to your teammates?

This is exactly what he wanted. Message Boards everywhere to post a hundred threads of him on every teams forum talking about how much of an *** he is, yet he is going on to play in the superbowl and is one of the best CBs in the game. Thats why he went to Stanford, and you me and you didnt.

If Sherman became a NY Giant and continues his play I would love to have him on this team. The Seahawks are not our rivals so I don't hate them.

Its better then T2 guaranteeing a win over the Cowboys.

He had no intention of going back at Williams, that's crystal clear from the video.

If you listen to the tape it's all pretty clear.

Sherman challenges Williams with, "what you gonna do, boy?" and Williams said, "I'm gonna punch you in your ****ing face" Then he does.

Sherman - to his credit - didn't escalate it, for many good reasons. 1) he'd get his *** kicked by a much larger guy 2) that guy was still wearing a helmet and 3) he might have gotten injured or suspended etc...

So, it really played out about as exactly as it could have. When you get up in a guys face and challenge him, expect you might get punched in the face. If you do, you can't be surprised and you can't act like a victim since you essentially asked for it.

Not a whole hell of a lot more to analyze there.

It's the same as Cortland Finnegan vs Andre Johnson a couple of years ago. He got into his head and threw him off his game. These guys are smart.

Digging up this video does more to undermine the tag about Sherman being a thug/punk than confirm it. Sherman didn't hit anybody last night or in that Skins' game. If Sherman had swung on Crabtree or anybody else last night the way Williams did to him then the punk/thug label would apply.

Sherman shoots his mouth off and he knows the inherent risks that come with that, especially if you get up in another player's face. If Sherman truly were a punk he would have stopped jumping up in people's faces after taking that hit, but it's been the exact opposite. He still keeps doing it. Now, was Sherman classless with what he did last night. Probably yes. Does he deserve to have people acting like he just robbed a bank or smacked a small child? No.

It's funny how NHL players get into brawls almost every night and there isn't this same national outrage as Sherman shooting his mouth off after a game.
One of these teams is not like the others

Actually, he got punched in the face by a guy that outweighed him by 100 pounds and it didn't affect him. Richard Sherman laughed in his face.

Trent Richardson really showed his *** when he went over there and threw the punch at him. It was a classless move that is representative of Washington Redskins organization as well as their lowlife fan base.

San Francisco 49ers are second most despised team with Philadelphia Eagles being number one. I am thrilled they lost and I am really looking forward to Seattle Seahawks putting a beating on Denver Broncos.

Where was all the animosity on this board when JPP was saying "there will be blood spilled all over that field?"
Where was all the animosity when Colin kapernick was making fun of Cam Newton's "SuperMan" move?

Folks are very selective and they actually lose sight of the facts. Richard Sherman was amped up for making a game saving play and then he get his face smushed by Mike Crabtree. Then, Erin Andrews decides to throw a mic in his face. Of course he is gonna be animated. She was hoping he would animated and make a controversial remark. Heck, Erin Andrews should be wary of video given her history with hotel rooms, lol...........

Richard Sherman is actually a really smart, usually articulate nice young man. He is just very passionate and actually doesn't take mess from anyone. The guy does a lot for his community and you never hear of any criminal behavious off the field such as with David Megget and the rape he committed or Michael Boley committing child abuse.
