  • 2007 Video (Special Edition)

I've already started editing together the video for the 2011 team, and while I'm waiting for the rest of the necessary footage to arrive, I went back and did one last fix to the 2007 video.

I used the sound clips and the beginning from the "Gladiator" version of the video and incorporated them into the "Superman" one that seems to be more popular with fellow Giants fans. So hope this prepares you guys for the 2011 season video coming before the end of March...

Can't understand why this thread only has two comments. Video is absolutely incredible
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

      # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
      2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
      3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
      4-New York Giants!!!
      5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

                      Outstanding!

                      Brought tears to the eyes.

I love the beginning (sort of a 2.0 version of "Miracle in the Meadowlands", in that it was the disaster that ultimately led to a new, winning regime) and the end--perfect bookends.

Cannot WAIT to see your XLVI version!

Glad you guys are enjoying it. It just seemed right to declare this one my "official" video for the 2007 season since I had this one and the Gladiator one. (This one was shorter but it's tighter and I'm overall happier with it.)

The 2011 video will use the prologue and main title music from Superman II. I've already made more than a minute of it, and once the rest of the footage arrives, I'll have it finished not long after that. Trust me, guys. It'll be worth the wait, even though there will be some footage from the '08 playoff game. (Spoiler Alert: It gets better after that.)

                            Nice highlight video.

Definitely brought back great memories of the not too long ago 2007 season.

                            Here's a little fact.
The Giants have now won the Superbowl from the No. 1 (1986), No. 2 (1990), No. 5 (2007), and No. 4 (2011) playoff seed in the NFC.

Just the No. 3 and No. 6 seed left to go...

Let me add to that little sugar plum.

We have made all 5 Super Bowl appearances, winning 4, with records of descending number of wins---

                              14-2 (1986)
                              13-3 (1990)
                              12-4 (2000)
                              10-6 (2007)
                              9-7 (2011)

What's next, we win the SB with an 8-8, or even a 7-9 record? (Hey, as we've witnessed first hand, with Eli and Coughlin at the helm, anything is possible)
