STEVIE BROWN SIGNING: GIANTS INK FREE AGENT SAFETY

    "The New York Giants
have signed free-agent safety Stevie Brown,
both Brown and his agent announced this evening via Twitter.

I don't anything about Brown, except that he is 24 and was a seventh-round
pick of the Oakland Raiders in
2010. He played 15 games for the Raiders that year, and eight games for the Indianapolis
    Colts
in 2011. He has one career start.

You wonder if this is another indication that the Giants are planning to move
on without veteran safety Deon Grant, who
is a free agent. The Giants had also previously signed another young safety, Chris Horton,
who formerly played for the Washington
    Redskins
. The Giants appear to be stockpiling competition for the backup
    spots behind Antrel Rolle
    and Kenny
    Phillips
    ."

Just another special teams player if he makes the team so it's nothing to worry about.

No one's worried, Reese is doing what he does; filling out the camp roster

Remember Burnt Alexander and Pretty Will Demps?

I don't think any of these additions beat Tyler Sash.

Yep ... life without Grant moving forward.

                  Just a depth move.
I don't always root for the Cowboys but when I do I wear my pink Jessica Simpson edition Romo jersey. (yes I lost a bet)

Being a Michigan fan I should be excited about Stevie Brown coming on board with the Gmen. But fact is, Stevie played so so on Rich Rodriguez lousy pathetic defense at Michigan and he never really showed me anything. I'm not excited. Quinten Groves out of Auburn however would be a great signing.
