  • If Eli had a signature TD move would it give our "O" Swagger?

It seems to work for Aaron Rogers & Cam Newton!
The ballhadlers seem to play harder to see their qb use their move!
Besides, it would increase Eli's cool meter & maybe he can lose that Goober rep!
The "Lambo Leap" motivates the packers receivers too!
We have no cheerleaders or fun signature celebrations either ... WoW!
Our Giants treat football too businesslike!
Our team need to loosen up & have more fun during the games!

I think a touchdown dance or other outward celebration of that sort would not fit with Eli's personality. He's much more low key than that, and I'm glad for it.

If Eli danced...it would make every highlight reel on the planet...however, methinks it would only enhance the "Goober" image referred to by the OP.

Ugh, Rodgers' title belt thing is so ghey.

You know what's cool for a QB? Throw touchdowns.

This is far better than any silly signature "move".

Cruzs' Silk City Salsa is more than enough of a celebration for me. Eli's occasional fist pump after he throws a great strike is ok, too, but anything kind of choreographed in advance is a bit lame.

I dig that the Giants are business-like.

OUr offense doesn't need any "swagger", they're playing fine. It's the D that needs something... And personally I could give a rat's asz about Eli's "goober rep". I'm fine with it, no need to try and change it. As long as he wins an occasional SB, and throws for 4800 yards like he's on pace to do right now? He can have a rep as being an absolute ******. Who cares.

Now that would be something to see
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

                              # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
                              2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
                              3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
                              4-New York Giants!!!
                              5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!
