        Re: Complete list of UFAs

How many UFAs usually make the 53 man roster? I would ask who do you think is this year's Cruz but that it's highly unlikely we get that lucky twice in three years. So instead, who is this years' Hynoski or Ballard, a solid player who can make some good contributions?

While I would flip my lid if we found another UDFA like Cruz, those stories are more like once a decade and that's for one team. Just be happy if one of those guys becomes a role player or special teams standout.

Not a consistent number. But last two seasons three have made it.

Last year I believe three made it, Hynoski, Herzlich, and Paysinger.
2010, Cruz, Brian Jackson, and Duke Calhoun.

And almost all of the UDFAs that make the team do so because of their ST abilities.

any idea where Donte Paige-Moss went? and is ten UDFA's the only number of guys we are bringing in?

Paige-Moss is untouched, no team brought him in.

Giants could bring in more guys, but would have to cut current guys under contract.

Limit is 90 players, thats what giants have

This is what makes the NFL-----and the Giants in particular, so interesting to watch. I believe we have the best coaches and player development program in the league.....

Essentially, we're mining for diamonds here, fingers crossed!

Not very many I'm afraid. Crews a couple of years I believe was the only one I can remember anyway.

Interesting that Tailey was from UMass. I believe that that's where Cruz came from.

Too bad we didn't sign Burfict. He went UDFA with the Bengals.

I see no one signed Josh Chicester 6-7 TE projected as a 6-7 rd guy.I saw him listed on 2 of our mock drafts

Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

                            # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
                            2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
                            3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
                            4-New York Giants!!!
                            5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!
