Or an O player on D?

Can anyone think of the last time this happened?

I remember LT wanted to play offense when the Giants were struggling.

If Martellus Bennett adds a few more pounds, he can play defensive tackle.

I'm pretty sure at one time they used Toomer or Burress on defense against a hail mary pass of an opponent at the end of the game.

Yeah this tends to be the most common use for a player to cross teams... the Prevent defense often will put 7 DB's on the field, and if the team doesn't have enough DB's healthy, they will put in WR's to help cover.

I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite team in the NFL.

Can't recall anyone although I want to say it had happened in 70s..
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

          # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
          2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
          3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
          4-New York Giants!!!
          5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

I know joe Morrison played multiple positions on offense not to sure he didn't play on D to. That guy did it all. As far as a D player on offense I don't think I can pull one out of the hat offhand

Harry Carson caught at least one TD as a tight end....but couldn't tell you when that was or if it was the last time.

wasnt that on a fake FG though? does that count as an offensive snap or ST?

I'd love to see Linval split wide in a blowout victory for the Giants [not because everyone is injured]

Also, who would our emergency QB be? Rolle?

Rosie Brown played both ways. O-line and D-line in short yardage.

DT Jared Lorenzen took a few snaps at QB a few years back...

yes, that was when his potential spot at nose tackle was eaten by Seawright. QB was the only way they could keep his talents on the roster.

For some reason I keep thinking DeOssie...the father...played fullback a couple of times...or at least in a package or two.
