    Excerpt: "Some good, some bad.I’ll start with the positives.* The Giants’ running game received a much-needed shot in the arm, finishing with 26 carries for 126 yards *4.8 yards per carry) and one touchdown. Yes, it’s only one preseason game, but remember, last year during the 16-game regular season, they finished with a dismal 3.5 yards per carry average, so there’s reason to hope that their rushing problems are over.* The Giants average starting field position was their 39 while the Jags’ average was their 34. Moreover, they took advantage of some excellent field position courtesy of some Jaguars’ gaffes deep in their territory, scoring three touchdowns from Jacksonville gaffes.
