I'm not one to generally come on here and say sign this guy and sign that guy. But this guy seems to fit the pedigree of Shaun Rogers. Big run stuffer...

    Thoughts?

Am I missing something here what has happened with Marcus Thomas? Has the dude signed, passed the physical and begun practicing with the team yet? I hear all kinds of things like Rogers may still be able to play and the Giants are desperate to find a DT news stories. Isn't Marcus Thomas factored into how we handle the DT situation going forward?

Please someone who knows something more than the fact that he signed, enlighten me!

I think we should wait until everyone has to cut down to the 53 man roster and see what the waiver wire has to offer.

The Giants only brought these guys in to fill roster spots for the rest of preseason. They do not want to risk an injury to the very few DT's that are healty on the roster. This will guys the street signings a chance to get some exposure and maybe the Giants will see something in one of them to keep them around. Dont get too excited about any of them.

All I k now is he's on the roster and with the injury situation I'm guessing he's practicing. We don't get a lot of news on the linemen at practice.

Thank you! I tweeted Garafolo asking about Thomas just in case I am unaware of something. He hasn't responded yet but if you say he's practicing I think you can take it to the bank that he is lol!

I think he can potentially help out with the depth issues at DT, hoping he can play Friday.

Well I guess it wasn't 100% official, it is now:
