  • Kiwi, Kiwi!!

I don't know about you guys but I was happy to finally see Kiwi playing a lot more at DE yesterday. With Rivers getting healthy maybe they can start rotating the LB"s a lot more and have Kiwi at DE more. Just on the few plays he was in he was already in the backfield causing havoc.

He's a good player who does anything for the team. I bet if the coaches asked him to play defensive tackle he would do it.
I also want to see more of Adrian Tracey

      +1

they haven't done kiwi any favours for his career.

i suspect that after osi leaves next year we'll convert kiwi back.

i'll take kiwi with less talent than osi given how much of a team-first guy he's been.

Is it just me or does Tracey look like he's a faster Tuck when he's on the field, not saying he's Tuck cause obviously he's not. Just saying...he looks a lot more comfortable now that they have him at DE

Kiwi is smart, and consistent, and he's solid against the run and the pass.

I'd much rather see him on the field than Osi right now. Having said that, I'm sure Osi will tear it up next week, because every player I criticize blows up the next week.

Kiwi had a beautiful game yesterday. He looked dominant at DE as well.

THIS +100. And he is not just a good player he is a VERY good player. The Giants have been screwing around with him (not on purpose though but still) and all the man does is keeps his mouth shut and shows up to play every week. Big props to him.

I'd rather see Kiwi than Osi also. We'll need Osi to pull his head out and actually contain this up coming weekend against the Redskins. If not than throw in Kiwi and let him take care of business.

he did have a number of snaps at DT in this one and not just Nascar package stuff either ... with Canty and Bernard out and Kuhn and Austin overmatched inside

we wisely used JPP, Kiwi and Tuck inside a lot

I honestly think Osi is on a major decline for whatever reason and the coaching staff if finally starting to realize it. Osi has never been good at stopping the run but this season he's just been horrendous. In comes Kiwi and nothing gets outside of him.

He ssmed much more visible yesterday. With Tuck not doing much it is a good package to have Tuck, JPP, Kiwi and Osi on passing downs.

They really mixed it up yesterday, they had a lot of great packages and game plan heading into the game.
