There is validity in the argument. Poor guy got a chance on opening night vs. Cowpokes and gave it away, killing a drive. He's been in the dog house ever since. I trust the coach and his staff, but they may have been a bit heavy handed in how they treat Wilson.

Considering Bradshaw's been putting the ball on the ground lately, the kid might work his way back into getting some more touches. Can't argue with his speed. Hits the hole quick. Just has to keep the football.

In don't think "the fumble" is the issue, at least not any longer. They entrust the kick returns to him and if there is any place on the field you don't want to risk a fumble it's at the opponents end of the field.

The coaches play the guys they believe will give them the best chance to win. Right now, they believe that the current order is Bradshaw, Brown, Wilson. I may disagree in the margins but I can live with this.
No one remembers who came in second.

Just cause a guy is on the bench does not mean he is in the doghouse - while everyone speculated that after the cowboys game (which may have been truen for a game or two) the main factor is picking up the playbook and picking up blitz protections. I would like to see him get some more touches as well but if he doesnt its not to say its cause he is in a doghouse - as jomo said AB is the guy they think gives them the best chance right now.

Coughlin has developed and played many a rookie from steve smith to hosley to J will to Eli to Chris snee.

The guys plays those players who are ready to play and gives the giants the best chance to win- and thats that. Is anyone else aware that rookies usually take time to adjust to the nfl = many of the greatest players have sat or seen limited time in their first years - on every team.
