  • BRANDON JACOBS IS EXILED

Being that Bradshaw may not play.

Can we get JACOBS back ?
Do we want him back ?
If he did come back, could he play the Last 2 games & the Play Offs ?
Would he help the Giants ?
    Pros & Cons

    Once a Giant always a Giant !

I'm pretty sure he is suspended not released so none of that is plausible.

Good answer, However, I read that he may put in a Grievance with the NFL Players Union & League. So he could be traded, and play again. Not sure about the time frame.

I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite team in the NFL.

Season will be long over before the grievance would be heard. And we are well past the trade deadline.

I am kinda of surprised to see this thread since there have been a number of them already and it is not even an option!

Once again (not sure how fans who come here would not know this but), the trade deadline is well past and he was suspended not released! It is 100% not an option unless the an extremely rare exception is made.

Would the Giant's want him back? Probably, he's knows the system and is pretty good at blitz pick up so that alone would make him more valuable than Toran and Lumpkin. But, probably not even close to a starter.

Love him or hate him. I think 75 percent of Giants fans love the guy. He gave up money just to stay and keep Bradshaw. He always got the Fans and Players fired up on the field. When he did complain it made sense. I careless he will always be one of my top Giants of all times.

No, we cannot get him back. He got suspended, not released. As such, he's still a Niner. If BJ wins his appeal and the SF decides to release him, I'd venture a guess that we'd put a waiver claim in on him.

But, for the time being, it's all moot as Jacobs is still a 49er.

And if he's not a Giant this season, he won't be one next season.

Get over it. He isn't a giant now and will never be one again. His time is past
