Why do people think Cruz is easily replaceable?

I hope this doesn't happen because he is an important part of the future but stranger things have happened and what will your feelings be if Reese is forced to lose him...

If he gives the Giants a break, it's gonna be thousands, not millions.
I think he could sign a nice 2-3 year deal and still get an even bigger payday on a contract before he turns 30.

Whether it winds up being the Giants is a different story. I really hope it is and it's a 5+ year deal. I'm sticking to my 7&7 deal for just under 50 mil. (Based on absolutely nothing)

Yeah and if he makes a ton of money he can pay movers to move all of them in to nice big houses where he will be playing.

The Giants were foolish to not lock him up/extend him early on. Very surprised, Reese used to be a master at locking up these kind of impact players at a bargain.

IMO, It's more likely we have neither Cruz or Nicks in 2014 than keeping them both, I'd rather see Cruz stay, guy has more big play ability and stays healthy. I think Randle could fill in nicely if Nicks left
Knock off the doom and gloom. We Just thank God you are not J R.

If he has another injury plagued year, he'll probably come cheap enough where we won't need to give him up, lol.
