his body type looks good for a solid runner. Carried his weight very low.....big legs....

I think he looks much bigger and stronger than a couple years ago. Saw some power and speed his few chances last season. I don't think he has Wilson's speed anymore though. I'm pulling for him.

Don't think so, maybe on special teams?

His stats show one career fumble, that came vs the Saints in 2011. He's barely seen any action on offense, just 11 carries in two years.

Scott ran a 4.34 at the combine, but he is a very linear player. Of all the running backs, he is probably the most dependent on the line creating a huge gap for him than any of others.

i was talking about after his rookie preseason. After those incredible plays. He got in a few games early and just like Wilson last season he put the ball on the ground and went in the dog house. This past season is when he got hurt and was put on IR
Football has been very, very good to us.
After losing seasons 2013-15, the giants put up 11 wins in 16.. they are on way Back
But for now we can console ourselves with this fact-

              # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
              2-Washington, Green Bay, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
              3-San Francisco, Dallas, Denver
              4-New York Giants!!!
              5-NE
Let's make it 5 in 2016 so we can be on a LINE NE again!!!

                Excellent analysis!

Scott is much more of a straight line speed guy.

Scott maybe faster than Wilson, but Wilson's acceleration and cutting ability is much better.

Man, those are 3 inexperienced RBs in there for us. Wilson, Brown and Scott.

It's time to call it quits on Scott. Hasn't done much and hasn't showed the coaches anything that would've helped him get out of that #4 RB spot. He was jumped by a guy coming back from ACL surgery after being cut by what, 5 teams?

I was thinking that when we were in the locker room

Wasn't Scott injured? Wasn't he on IR?

2011 - 5 Carries, behind a worn down Jacobs and injury prone AB.
2012 - 6 Carries, behind AB, rookie Wilson & recovering Brown.

Only 5 touches in a season where AB sat out a few games shows how much fate our staff has in Scott.

HE WAS ON IR!!! You can't play when you're on IR. He played in 4 games in 2012

He went on IR to make room for Canty on October 20. Before that he wasn't even a consideration in the offense. I'm not even sure how many games he even dressed for. I think it's safe to say that he really hasn't impressed the coaching staff all that much. I'd be shocked if he is the number 3 back behind Wilson and Brown next year...

If they didn't want him, they wouldn't have put him on IR. Cruz was put on IR so we could sign an emergency kicker when Tynes sprained his ankle.

Wilson wasn't much of an offensive consideration either. And now he's going to share the load with brown, it appears
